SCRIPTURES: The Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments were given by inspiration of God, and are the only sufficient, certain and authoritative rule of all saving knowledge, faith, and obedience.
GOD: There is but one God, the Maker, Preserver and Ruler of all things, having in and of Himself all perfections, and being infinite in them all; and to Him all creatures owe the highest love, reverence and obedience.
HOLY TRINITY: God is revealed to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.
PROVIDENCE: God, from eternity, decrees or permits all things that come to pass, and perpetually upholds, directs, and governs all creatures and all events; yet not in any way as to be the author or approve of sin nor to destroy the free will and responsibility of intelligent creatures.
ELECTION: Election is God's eternal choice of some persons unto everlasting life, not because of foreseen merit in them, but of his mercy in Christ. By the consequence of which choice they are called, justified and glorified.
FALL OF MAN: God originally created man in His own image, and free from sin; but, through the temptation of Satan, man transgressed the command of God, and fell from his original holiness and righteousness; whereby his descendants inherit a nature corrupt and wholly opposed to God and His law, are under condemnation, and as soon as they are capable of moral action, become actual transgressors of His will in one life.
MEDIATOR: Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, is the divinely appointed mediator between God and man. Having taken upon Himself human nature, yet without sin, He perfectly fulfilled the law, suffered and died upon the cross for the salvation of sinners. He was buried, rose again on the third day, ascended to His Father, at whose right hand He lives forever to make intercession for His people. He is the only son of man and of God the Father. He is the Mediator, the Prophet, Priest, Teacher and King of the church, and Sovereign of the Universe.
REGENERATION: Regeneration is a change of heart, brought on by divine intervention of the Holy Spirit, who makes alive those who are dead in trespasses and sins, while also enlightening their minds spiritually and aiding those to strive to understand the Word of God, and renewing their whole nature, so that they love and practice holiness. It is a work of God’s free and special grace alone.
REPENTANCE: Repentance is an evangelical grace, wherein the Holy Spirit makes a person aware of the manifold evil of his sin, so that he humbles himself with godly sorrow, detesting sin, and abhorring to hating ones self, with a purpose and endeavor to walk before God so as to please Him in all things.
FAITH: Saving faith is the belief, on God’s authority, of whatsoever is revealed in His Word concerning Christ; accepting and resting upon Him alone for justification and eternal life. It is wrought in the heart by the Holy Spirit, and is accompanied by all other saving grace, and leads to a life of holiness. And divine trust in the love, grace and mercy of the Holy Trinity for all people.
JUSTIFICATION: Justification is God’s gracious and full acquittal of sinners who believe in Christ, from all sin, through the satisfaction that Christ has made. It is given not for anything wrought in them or done by them, but on account of the obedience and satisfaction of Christ, they receiving and resting on Him and His righteousness by faith.
SANCTIFICATION: Those who have been regenerated are also sanctified by God’s Word and Spirit dwelling in them. This sanctification is progressive through the supply of Divine strength, which all saints seek to obtain, pressing after a heavenly life in cordial and willing obedience to all Christ’s commands.
PERSEVERANCE OF THE SAINTS: Those living and dead are those whom God has accepted in the beloved body of the Christian church of Christ Jesus, and sanctified by His Spirit, will never totally nor finally fall away from the state of grace, but shall certainly persevere to the end; and though they may fall, through neglect and temptation, into sin, whereby they grieve the Spirit, impair their graces and comforts, bring reproach on the Church, and temporal judgments on themselves, yet they shall be renewed again unto repentance, and be kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation.
CHURCH: The Lord Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, which is composed of all His true disciples, and in Him is vested supremely all power for its government. According to His commandment, Christians are to associate themselves into particular societies or churches; and to each of these churches He has given needful authority for administering the order, discipline and worship which He has appointed.

BAPTISM: Baptism is an ordinance and sacrament of the Lord Jesus Christ, obligatory upon every believer, wherein they are immersed in water of the Christian church practice (or) have blessed Holy water poured over the forehead as practiced in the Universal church. Recognized in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, as a sign of their fellowship with the death and resurrection of Christ, the remission of sins and of there giving of themselves up to God, to live and walk in newness of Christian belief and life everlasting.
MARRIAGE: Biblical Reference: We defer this issue to the reference of Gospel refereed to in the book of; Leviticus, chapter 18, verse 22., Leviticus, chapter 20, verse 13. Of the Old Testament and of the New Testament we stand accountable to the responsibility of Holding Gods commandment for Love for our fellow man by pointing out and emphasizing the facts stated in it of Matthew, chapter 19 verses 4 - 6., 1st Corinthians chapter 6, verses 9 - 20., and Revelation chapter 21, verses 1 - 8. Note: there are more references to Morality and Ethical bonds of what is acceptable throughout the Holy Scripture yet these are the ones that we here with the CCFM stand on and hold dear to our hearts and way of life for us and all mankind everywhere.
Matthew, chapter 19 verses 4 - 6 and it states as follows; 4) And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ 5) and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6) So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate”. And, The Old Testament book of Leviticus, chapter 18, verse 22. As well as Leviticus, chapter 20, verse 13. Which states “ 13) If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.” … More Over, It has been brought to our ministries attention that many believe that the New testament washed away the previous of the Old Testament and that Christ and the Apostles teach of true tolerance, love and unity creating all persons equal and if one does not agree then they are haters, racist and homophobic of the popular opinions of God and man. So I wish to offer another New Testament quote for this portion of our Statement of Belief in support as to the Moral and Ethical stance for which we stand firm on the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Apostles… 1st Corinthians chapter 6, verses 9 - 20 which states by the Apostle Paul himself; “9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men[a] 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 12 “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not be mastered by anything. 13 You say, “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both.” The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14 By his power God raised the Lord from the dead, and he will raise us also. 15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never! 16 Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.” 17 But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit. 18 Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” … And finally in our defense for the sanctity of Marriage and Social Morality as to being only Sanctified for a man and woman, we present the Gospel of John from the book of Revelation chapter 21, verses 1 - 8 which Christ Jesus speaking to him when he references, “He said to me”, in verses 5 through 8 states “ Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” 5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” 6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” … (NKJV)
The sanctity of marriage is sacred and no other union is acceptable. This goes also for the general consensus that Gay and Lesbian couples should be allowed the sacred right of the union of marriage. This union would be by scriptures standard point a sin, in the eyes of God.
For the sake of debate and argument, we here in this ministry of all of our church plantings world wide have drawn the proverbial line in the sand on this issue, which includes our church and ministry, the Evangelical Church of the Celtic Cross United States as well as our, the Canonical Catholic Church of the Celtic Cross United States which also includes the, Celtic Cross Foundation of Ministry, Global Headquarters of the Celtic Cross Foundation Ministry and all of their subsidiaries. We hold fast and dear to our hearts the biblical belief, on the sanction of the union of matrimony. Only recognizing it as between a man and a woman and all other circumstances are ungodly and a sin.
If mankind passes a law or rules to allow such a union than let the governments perform the service through the means of the Justice of the Peace, the Mayor or if at sea than by the Captain of the vessel. (This obligation should be made as an option. Meaning that the requirement should not be forced upon an individual or organization to perform such a duty if their personal moral and or ethical standard would cause them undo-stress or credibility issues. But done only of their own free will. By No means ordered to perform the union).
NOTE: by no means will a union or the individual support of, be preformed or sanctioned by this ministry or any affiliate members or ministries or missionaries and or ordained and or consecrated member of the clergy. We in this ministry and our affiliate ministries do not and will not support such sanctions or said union of the such under any circumstance. For the Law of God supersedes and is the precedence for which we stand united with the Creator. This stance is reaffirmed by our governance of Canon Law. Which will be up held and stood by all members of clergy within our ministry be they male or female. ( “If a union is preformed by anyone of our clergy that does not adhere to this mandate, they will be excommunicated and the marriage / union will be null and void post haste and deemed not legal, by this ministry and in the eyes of God, the Creator of all” ).
One final ~ NOTE ~ on this subject and that is we do not discriminate against any person of an origin of Race, Creed, Color, Religious Faith or Sexual Orientation. Keep in mind that it is “not” us that is segregating the free will of mankind but, rather Man-kinds free will is segregating it’s self from God and His will, His ways and His righteousness.
By Official Mandate and Order hence forth,
H.E. Patriarch Cardinal +++Andrew M. B. Patrick D.D., Th.D., M.R.Php., B.D.,
C.C.F.M., O.S.A., O.S.P., S.O.E., S.O.S.B.N.B.
NOTE: Electronically Signed, and official, by the affixed Episcopal Seal of the
Patriarch / Cardinal of the C.C.F.M. and all affiliate ministry subdivisions.
LIBERTY OF CONSCIENCE: God alone is Lord of the conscience; and He hath left it free from the doctrines and commandments of men, which are if anything contrary to His word, or not contained in it. Civil magistrates being ordained of God, subjection in all lawful things commanded by them ought to be yielded by us in the Lord, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
LORDS SUPPER: The Lord’s Supper is an ordinance, a holy sacrament passed on by Christ, to be administered with bread and wine, and also acceptable is the use of a non-alcoholic juice, prayed over and blessed by the minister of the church. To be observed by His churches till the end of the world. It is in no sense a sacrifice, but is designed to commemorate His death, to confirm the faith of Christians, and to be a bond, pledge, and renewal of their communion with Him, and of their church fellowship.
LORDS DAY: The New Testament Church gives the example of assembling on the Lord’s Day (classified as Sunday the seventh day) for the reading and teaching of the Word of God, worship, prayer, and mutual encouragement - stimulating one another to love and good deeds. It is fitting to view the Lord’s Day as a celebration of Christ’s resurrection and the redemption of His people.
RESURRECTION: The bodies of mankind after death return to dust, but their spirits return immediately to God - the righteous to rest with Him; the wicked, to be reserved under darkness to judgment. At the last day, the bodies of all the dead, both just and unjust, will be raised.
JUDGMENT: God has appointed a day, wherein He will judge the world by Jesus Christ, when every one shall receive according to his deeds: the wicked shall go into everlasting punishment; the righteous, into everlasting life.
MINISTRY: Ministry is service. It is whatever God calls one out to do, and for each person entails many functions which change in details as conditions change. Genuine ministries are of God, and are not initiated by government regulations or by religious organizations, although it is the prerogative of leaders of religious bodies to recognize whose ministries are already obvious. We do not recognize any inherent authority in the ordination of ministers by religious organizations, nor does it recognize any limitations or special acknowledgment placed on the minister by governmental bodies. On the other hand, those already ordained of God into service may find acceptance with either government or denomination as an appropriate way to further the gospel, or those ordained by such are also ordained of God.
