Prayerful Meditations

(Click on a Medallion to go to that Prayer)

Why Pray the Rosary

The whole purpose of praying the Holy Rosary’s or as some call, Prayer Beads, is first and foremost, a personal choice and personal conviction to do so. Secondly, it is to get one devoted to a prayerful life in their spiritual walk with the Creator. Thirdly, the rosary or beads whichever way you feel most comfortable in calling them,

are used as a guide or tool to help you to stay focused on your meditation and prayers.

Matthew: Chapter 6, Verse 6 states,

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

The Gesture known as the Sign of the Cross

It is a devout and reverent way to show an outward love for God our Father

and helps us to remember and reflect on the love and sacrifices, he has made for us.

John: Chapter 3, Verse 16 states,

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Two very powerful reasons for praying and how to pray.

We offer here to you, two separate ways to pray and show that devotion.

One for each church planting.
